The information we collect with this application form is the first step in our adoption process it does not guarantee that you will be selected to adopt this pet. Please note our rescue and adoption policy ensures that everyone has a fair and reasonable chance to adopt from us, therefore we do not allow holds on any animal for any reason. Companion Animal Outreach Services is in proud partnership with Petland Canada. They graciously place our adoptable pets inside their locations for adoptions. Petland follows all protocols, policies and recommendations relating to adoptions. Please note during COVID-19 our application, meet/greet policies may change from time to time without any notice.

“We welcome adopters who rent or live in an apartment or condo. We want to alert you that some landlords and management companies have size and breed restrictions, limits on number of pets, and/or require pet deposits or additional fees. We ask that you make sure with your landlord that you are approved to have pets where you reside.”
